Summer is the time for light and refreshing dishes that not only taste good, but are also easy to prepare. Our mango salad with chili seasalt is just the thing to enjoy the warm days. Sweet mango combined with the slight spiciness of chili and the freshness of the other ingredients make this salad a real treat for the palate.
What you need:
- 2 ripe mangos
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp Chili Sea Salt (adjust amount to your taste)
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions:
Cut the mango, bell pepper, cucumber and avocado into cubes, finely chop the onion and put everything in a large bowl. Add the Chili Sea Salt. Be careful with the amount, as these chilies are very spicy. Whisk together the lime juice, olive oil and pepper in a small bowl and pour over the salad. Mix well and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!
